We are pleased to announce that Yamabiko Corporation's radio-controlled lawn mowers RCM530 and RCM600 were recognized as machines eligible for the Green Investment Promotion Tax System on January 19, 2023.

 

The Green Investment Promotion Tax System is a system where special depreciation can be applied for the introduction of government-recognized equipment based on the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries's Green Food System Law. The government gives approval to machines and other equipment that are useful for reducing the burden on the environment, and agricultural workers who have received the acknowledgement of their prefectural governors based on the same law are able to receive tax breaks when they use those eligible machines.

Through remote operation, the company's radio-controlled lawn mowers can mow slopes with unstable footing as well as places people cannot enter. As a result, they were recognized as machines that can help reduce the quantity of agricultural chemicals used in weed management.
