Installed solar power generation equipment on the building of our US subsidiary

Yamabiko Corporation’s US subsidiary ECHO Incorporated ("ECHO Inc.," head office: Illinois) installed solar power generating equipment on the rooftop of its heavy machinery building.

Over 8,600 solar panels were installed, which are expected to produce 3.3 million kWh of electricity a year, approximately 40% of the electricity used by ECHO Inc. per year.
The Group has already installed solar panels in Japan at its Hiroshima Plant, where they also have a production capacity of approximately 40% of the plant's yearly power usage.
The Group will continue to actively use renewable energy and reduce the environmental impact of our business activities, such as through plans to convert our Yokosuka Plant into a microgrid in addition to solar power generation.
