品質に関するお知らせの種類について
リコール
- 道路運送車両の保安基準に適合していない又は適合しなくなる恐れがある状態で、その原因が設計又は製作過程にあると認められるときに、その旨を国土交通省に届け出たものです。
製品リコール
- 主に消費生活製品安全法に該当する製品で、経済産業省に「製品リコール開始の報告書」を提出したものです。
無償修理
- 上記に該当しないが、安全・品質・環境上、放置できなくなる恐れがあり弊社が無償で点検・修理・交換をおこなうものです。
品質その他
- 製品品質についての取扱や注意、お客様へのお願いなどを案内するものです。
