In order to fulfill the legal requirement, we filed the Securities Registration Statement of Yamabiko Corporation that is the name of the newly formed joint holding company governing the two operating companies, namely Shindaiwa Corporation and Kioritz Corporation from December 1, 2008 at the Kanto Local Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance Japan on June 11, 2008.
