Yamabiko Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has a basic policy of providing timely, accurate, fair, and continuous disclosure of corporate information to all stakeholders. The Company shall comply with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the listing regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange regarding the disclosure of important information related to decisions, events, and financial statements. In addition, the Company shall strive to provide timely disclosure of information that, while not falling under the timely disclosure regulations, is deemed useful for investment decisions.
Quiet Period
To prevent leaks of financial closing information and to ensure fairness, the Company designates several weeks prior to the announcement of each quarterly financial report and each annual financial report as a quiet period. During this time, the Company shall refrain from responding to inquiries or providing comments regarding financial results. However, if it is anticipated that the results will significantly deviate from previously forecasted figures during the silent period, the Company shall disclose this information in accordance with disclosure regulations.
