We are pleased to announce that our overseas subsidiary, Yamabiko Europe S.A. (headquarter: Wavre, Belgium, hereafter "Yamabiko Europe"), has entered into a collaboration agreement with The Toro Company (headquarter: Minnesota, U.S.A., hereafter "Toro"), a leading manufacturer of lawn and golf course maintenance equipment, based on a strategic partnership aimed at expanding robotic solutions and technology for the golf course and sports field markets.

■Outline of Collaborative Agreements

Our overseas subsidiary, Yamabiko Europe, develops and manufactures autonomous robotic lawnmowers and sells them globally through distributors and dealers in each country.
Meanwhile, Toro, a major manufacturer of lawn and golf course maintenance equipment, such as weed mowers and irrigation systems, was founded in 1914.
Yamabiko Europe has recently decided to develop and supply proprietary robotics in collaboration with Toro. Through this partnership, we aim to develop innovative robotic solutions and further expand the market by leveraging the technological capabilities and market presence of both companies.
In this partnership, we will first develop a robotic lawnmower and a golf ball picker, and we plan to begin sales in the spring of 2025. Although the impact on unit sales and business performance has not yet been determined at this time, we will accelerate our efforts to further expand the robotics business.
