Quality-Related Initiatives

About Yamabiko Service Shops (YSS)

We have set up Yamabiko Service Shops (YSS) all over Japan to provide support by repairing malfunctions in our products and performing maintenance with reliable technological skill.
In light of diversifying purchasing styles and an increase in customers using our products in a wide range of areas, the YSS was born out of our desire to continue to service customers even after they had made their purchases.

Since all of the shops have satisfied our conditions for approval, they are able to provide follow-up care, including aftersales services, with strong confidence and detailed service abilities after customers have bought products. Through this, we have built a system for delivering safety and reliability.

As many users around Japan use our products, we strive to increase not only the safety of our products but also user satisfaction.
