Representative Director President & C.E.O Hiroshi Kubo

Create the bridge that bonds people and nature with the future

YAMABIKO CORPORATION was established in 2008 and was formed in 2009 through an absorption merger of its predecessors, KIORITZ CORPORATION (established in 1947) and Shindaiwa Corporation (established in 1952). Both predecessor companies were founded during the post-war reconstruction period and have expanded their business and contributed to the development of industry while being closely related to people's lives.

YAMABIKO CORPORATION maintain three business segments, namely outdoor power equipment, agricultural machinery and industrial machinery. In addition to the Japanese domestic market, Yamabiko has global operations in the key North American market as well as Europe, Asia, Oceania and other areas.

At the Yamabiko Group, we will earn trust from society and people, provide them with a positive impression, and raise their hopes with our world-leading environmental technologies, our innovative, safe, and reliable professional equipment, and our services, thus contributing to creating a future built on harmonious co-existence with a rich natural environment.

We will continue to make concerted efforts to achieve this goal, and I would like to ask for your continued support and understanding.

Representative Director President & C.E.O
Hiroshi Kubo
